We did a quick scan of this Weebly blog, and low and behold, we found a few things that caught our attention: a few title tags, some internal links, pages that didn't need to be there, etc. After some quick on-site tweaks, we went out and made sure to delete any back links that pointed to those unnecessary pages.
We agree with what Google is trying to do. They just want spammers to stop being spammers. They want SEO's to take this stuff seriously. Rather than creating and optimizing a website for search engines, it's better to create and optimize a website for human beings instead.
